Delivery & Return

The items in stock will be processed and shipped in 2 (two) business days; otherwise, more 5 (five) business days for production may be requested.

An e-mail including the tracking number will be sent to the buyer following the shipment of the order.

For domestic orders, the delivery may take 1-5 (one to five) business days.

For international orders, the delivery takes 7-15 (seven to fifteen) business days.

Orders will be shipped according to customer’s specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses. In the case a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, the new shipping charge is at the expense of the customer.  Mozza is not responsible for the import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges for international shipments.

We are pleased to accept timely exchanges/returns of unused and undamaged items within 7 (seven) business days for international and 30 (thirty) business days for domestic shipments, from the date you received your order.

The buyer will be responsible for the returned shipping cost. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any signature packaging materials. An e-mail will be sent to the buyer when the item is received back and the cost concerning the certain item will be reimbursed right after the inspection regarding the condition of the goods. Once the item has been returned by the buyer, the refund will be issued.
